Do you remember the twenty dollar bill folded to look like September 11th? It circulated around the country shortly after the attacks. I have
created a series of pictures which shows you step by step how to fold one for yourself.
In this day and age of mass-media saturation coverage it is easy for people to forget even very memorable events once the short attention span of the media has passed on to other stories. Take for
an example Elizabeth Smart in Utah. When she was found I realized I had almost forgotten that she was missing because of the focus on the
Columbia disaster and the events unfolding in Iraq. At this time in our national history I think it would be a great thing if we had something
we could carry with us to remind us why we are fighting terrorism in the world. That is why I put this page together. I carry a folded
twenty in my wallet and look at it often. I have pledged not to spend it until the people of the world are free from the fear of terrorism
harbored and sponsored by brutal dictators in rogue regimes. |
